As a care company with over 30 years’ experience we’ll provide a skilled, conscientious and friendly carer to deliver one-to-one care to our clients in the comfort of their own home. We know that providing the very best care is about finding the right people who genuinely care about helping and getting things right for you. The training and support we provide for our care staff means that, in turn, they provide the very best level of care to our clients. We are extremely proud of the environment we have created where our care staff are valued and rewarded for the work they do.
We aim to offer a flexible and professional service that is tailored to the individual service users requirements, whilst respecting a service user’s right to access a service that realises individual potential, equality and diversity, privacy, dignity, safety, independence and choice.
James, Lucy, Leah and Melissa know that getting care right for families ultimately starts with creating and nurturing an exemplary culture within the business. They find joy and purpose in working alongside colleagues that give the very best of themselves bring out the very best in others. Their desire is that every single member of the team, no matter their role, is able to play to their strengths every day, continually learning, growing and bettering themselves within an organisation where they truly feel like part of a family.
Our philosophy is to treat our service users as individuals respecting their right to freedom of choice privacy and confidentially. We aim to offer a service that is a service user person centred holistic support, involving service users and their family in the planning implementation and evaluation of that support.
We have a very strong management team in place which includes 2 Partners and our Care Manager. Mel our care manager has worked in the care sector for over 10 years and has her degree in Health and Social care.
We recognise that the domiciliary care sector is often perceived as having poorly paid and low skilled staff and that staff turnover is very high. To enable us to provide exceptional care to our Customers we will change this.
Our Workers will be paid a minimum of £11.00 per hour.
No staff will be on zero hour’s contract.
All staff will be properly vetted and will be trained to minimum of NVQ2.
We use technology in a way that will increase the quality of our service and enhance transparency of the support we provide.
